Contract Support Specialist

Contract Support Specialist with experience in pre-award and post award procurement functions for a variety of fixed-priced and cost reimbursement contracts. Work requires analysis and evaluation of certified cost and pricing data and other types of pricing information to determine price reasonableness. The person will be responsible for preparing contracting recommendations for the Contracting Officer that require research and interpretation of evolving Government regulations, policies, guidance, and laws. Minimum Education/Experience Requirements: Ten years of progressively responsible Federal contract pre- and/or post-award experience, either with, or in support of, a Federal Government contracting office (three years of experience given for a Bachelor's degree).

Data and Data Warehouse Analyst

Data Practice tasks, which includes database design/development and data warehousing. Candidates must have three or more years of experience in one or more of the following disciplines: data modeling, database administration, Extraction, Transformation, and Load (ETL) and Online Analytical Processing (OLAP). Tools used in our Data Practice consist of: Oracle, Teradata, Erwin, Informatica, SQL, and Business Objects. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but may be substituted for additional years of experience.

Program Control Analyst

On-site project management, contractual, and financial support and coordination to a complex technical contract, project, task(s), or business unit with an emphasis on information technology, engineering, or other computer-based systems. Responsibilities may include contract accounting and reporting; project schedule focus to management; tracking of annual fiscal plans and monthly updates; payroll/personnel processing; maintenance and reporting; contracts administration; purchasing; facility leasing; and service administration. In addition, the individual will maintain contract budgets; prepare contract billings; estimate materials, equipment, production costs, delivery schedules, personnel records, and facility administration; and purchase equipment and supplies. Requirement: Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or have equivalent work experience with two to four years of experience in project support or management. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and be able to communicate with all levels of management. An understanding of Government contracting and funding is a plus.
